Sight Flow Indicators
Flanged 100, 101
The Model 100 and 101 standard in-line flanged sight flows incorporate all the features shown on the front cover of the Sight Flow Indicator section and are available in 316 stainless steel (wetted parts) or carbon steel. Pipe line sizes are available up to 20 inches. Our Model 101 has face-to-face dimensions to match other manufacturers (specify when ordering.)
Flanged 102, 103, 104
The Models, 102, 103, and 104 standard in-line flanged sight flows incorporate all the features shown on the front cover of the Sight Flow Indicator section and are available in 316 stainless steel (wetted parts) or carbon steel. Pipe line sizes are available up to 20 inches. Our Model 102 (right flow pattern) sight flow offers you flexibility of design where inline or size requirements are not standard.
Sanitary models 1125
Dual Window Sanitary sight flow indicators are designed for high purity/sanitary piping systems, with tri-clamp ends. The Model 1125 offers a large view window for a full view of process flows @ full line pressures and temperatures.
Socket or Butt weld models 201 and 202
The Model 201 is a unique Socket Weld unit, which allows for continual pipe integrity in welded systems. The 201 can be manufactured in many alloys and pipe schedule requirements. Standard materials of construction are 316SS or Carbon Steel.
Tefzel and PFA lined model 501
The Model 501, offers a high performance Tefzel liner with all the features of our 101/100 models. Rated at 300°F @ Full Vacuum. The Model 501 is cost effective and yet maintains a high manufacturing integrity at all levels of the process.
Threaded model 200
The Model 200 is a threaded version of Model 100. Available in 316SS and carbon steel, standard.
The Model 200-R (with rotor) design offers a solid teflon full-cross-section rotor in flow area for “hard to see” fluids. Options are the same as the Model 200.
360 deg full view flanged sight flow indicator model 350
The Model 350, Flanged 360° tubular sight Flow Indicator, with smooth bore ID borosilicate glass tube. The smooth bore ID prevents product retention regardless of sight flow mounting orientation. The 350 model comes standard with a polycarbonate shield for observation safety.
360 deg full view flanged cylindrical sight flow indicator models 300, 325
The Models 300 & 325, flanged 360° Tubular sight flow indicators, with expanded ID borosilicate glass tube. The large ID allows for observations and settlement of process fluids. The standard models are available in 316SS or Cast Iron wetted surfaces.

The model 375 is answer to today’s technological requirements in the field of sight verification equipment. Our latest Model “375” is Stainless Steel tough, manufactured in 316SS metallic components, hardware and fasteners.

Full View Sanitary sight flow indicators are designed for high purity / sanitary piping systems, with tri-clamp ends. the Model 1150 offers a full view 360° view of process flows @ design line pressures and temperatures.

Overview
Non corrosive plastic body; STD sight flows available in PVC, CPVC, polypropylene & PTFE, with standard borosilicate glass view tube, full polycarbonate safety shield and stainless steel hardware

Sanitary sight glass model SG-1100 SS
Overview
Uses standard sanitary piping components modified to support borosilicate safety glass lens; Unique design criteria; Standard material of construction is 316L-SS internal and external polished
