The test unit needs to go through a specific temperature range curve and record the temperature change. The temperature usually ranges from -40degC to 100degC (expandable up to 150degC)

Overview:

  • Working Temperature Range: -40degC to +150degC
  • Temperature/pressure/flow can be independently controlled
  • The temperature of antifreeze ranges from -40degC to +100degC (expandable to +150degC) with a very steep temperature gradient.
  • Different application related models like – One machine for two groups control; one machine for six groups control; Variable Frequency vortex compressor.
  • Variable frequency series models: Can adopt a variable frequency vortex compressor, the operating speed is automatically adjusted according to actual needs, providing the required cooling capacity. Compared with traditional fixed frequency compressors, it significantly reduces energy consumption and improves energy efficiency performance.

CO2 Laser Tubes

CO2 laser tubes have high optical quality, strong cutting power, and penetrating power. These laser tubes adopt direct grinding patch technology, resulting in fewer leakage points and better sealing performance. The unique laser coating technology and gas formula greatly improve the power and service life of the laser tube. To ensure the consistency of laser tube quality, we strictly control the entire process from the firing of the laser tube, the catalytic coating of the resonant cavity, the grinding of optics, and the accurate inflation process.

The product has the advantages of long service life, good light spot pattern, high power, stable working performance, fast response speed, and is an ideal supporting equipment for laser equipment such as laser cutting machines, laser engraving machines, and lettering machines.

Mirrors and Lens

Mirror generally uses molybdenum (Mo) and silicone (Si) as substrates. MO mirrors can work in harsh environments and have long service life, high bearing power, surface doesn’t require coating and anti-resistance to wiping.

MO is mainly used in high-power CO2 lasers. Si is the most common coated mirror substrate, with good optical thermal properties and high reflectivity. The reflectivity of our Si mirrors is as high as 99.8%, leading the laser industry.

CVD ZnSe polishing film is vacuum-plated, the light transmission can reach 99.8% at the CO2 laser working band of 10um, and has a high laser damage threshold, can withstand high power density, the surface film layer is firm, not easy to fall off and can be wiped.

Drain Line Components

JEDRAIN glass piping systems are very light weight in comparison to the high silica iron. Due to it’s resistivity at high temperatures, it requires half of the piping hangers of other materials. As a result, the labour and material cost also reduces.

It is manufactured from the borosilicate glass of various tubing sizes varying from DN 40 to DN 150 (i.e. 1.5’’ to 6’’). The piping system shall be made conforming to ASTM specification C 1053-90 & ASTM C 1053-00. They can withstand and work with the most corrosive chemicals and acids. Being a transparent glass, one can easily notice a blockage or line issues if there are any.

Expansion joints are not used as there is a low thermal expansion in these piping. Certain degrees of deflection is offered by compression couplings, which further eliminates the use of expansion joints. JEDRAIN are designed to operate at a maximum working pressure of 15psig, design pressure is however much higher which provides us with a window of safe operation on a long term basis.

Working Principle:

Operational process of WFE involves thermal separation of mixture by formation of a thin film on the shell surface.

How ?

A rotating distribution plate with special designed wipers help in forming of the film on shell for the feed from the feed vessel. The rotor is responsible for stabilising the liquid film on the heating surface. The thin film formed helps in efficient heat transfer for viscous heat sensitive fluids.

The vapours travel through vapour line to a condenser and hence are condensed. Provision of a condenser makes it a molecular distillating unit.

Higher boiling components or products are collected in the receiver through product outlet.

In the centre of the body is a closely positioned internal condenser, providing a short path for the vapours molecules traveling from heated surface to condenser surface. Lighter fractions or components with lower boiling point vaporise and move towards the condenser. They come in contact with the cooler surface and condense into liquid which flows downward and is collected in distillate receiving flask. The heavier component does not evaporate and flows down the body and gets collected in residue receiving flask.

Note: The rotors and wipers are specially designed for formation of a thin film.
